Login to yout trafficwave account on the bottom right you’ll find affiliate manager click this link to access in the affiliate manager select the Promotional Tools there will be a short form you need to fill out so you can get paid when start building your list. Once you have that done go back to the Promotional Tools section scroll down the Affiliate Website URLs until you see the Affiliate Plan Description copy this link and send it to us at :  at: listbuildinggoldmine4u@gmail.com
